Golau Gras (www.golaugras.org) is run by Helen Gwenllian who is at Y Ffynnon, Llandysul, Church. 
 
Golau Gras hosted a series of 3 workshops creating 'get well soon' cards via hand-made lino print method. Workshops were ran by artists Lois Adams and Lio Cheung. These cards were designed and made by women recovering from mental health illnessess and the cards (and a goody-bag) where given to women who were still at the mental health ward hosbital in Llandysul area.
